The fully renovated Villa Eva offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfectly combining modern architecture with the natural Cycladic beauty of Milos. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite with king-size beds, while the other two have queen-size beds and share a spacious bathroom.
The open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen create a warm and inviting atmosphere — an ideal setting for family moments and shared memories.

Booking conditions
How does the booking process work?
Choose your villa and dates, then send a booking request. We confirm availability, send you the bank transfer details and the booking contract, and your reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received. After that our concierge team takes care of everything else you would like to arrange for your stay.
How do I pay for my stay?
A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount secures your booking and is due within 3 business days of signing your contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
If your arrival is less than 30 days away when you book, the full amount is due within 3 business days of signing your contract. Payment is by bank transfer; we do not take payment through this website.
Are early check-in or late check-out possible?
Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability and must be requested in advance; they are not automatically included.
What are the cancellation terms?
You may cancel your booking subject to the following fees, calculated on the total rental amount:
• 60 or more days before arrival: you lose the deposit (30% of the total rental amount).
• 59 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount.
• 14 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total rental amount.
Any cancellation fee is deducted from the amounts you have already paid. If the fee is higher than what you have paid, the difference is payable within 7 days of cancelling.
